The AUTOTRANS Company specializes in organizing sea transport services for all types of vehicles
(cars, trucks, Utility vehicles, Construction equipment, agricultural machines, heavy lifting vehicles on MAFI Equipment) by sea carriage to the French Overseas Departments and Territories, WEST AFRICA, MADAGASCAR and the MAGHREB Countries as well as to the major ports worldwide.
AUTOTRANS was set up in 1988. It is a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 500,000 Euros, certified as ISO.9001 compliant and fully owned by the Norwegian ship owner, HOEGH Autoliners.
AUTOTRAN provides services to :
Individuals
who wish to send, export or import a vehicle for private reasons when moving, or upon the occasion of a sale or a purchase.
Professionals
(forwarding agents, garage owners, exporters, importers, carriers,...) who have to ship vehicles – for their own benefit or on behalf of third parties.
Operators of the car Industry
for planning, coordinating and controlling their transit, port, customs and sea carriage operations.
