PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY?

You need to forward your vehicle permanently or temporarily on the occasion of a business trip, holidays, professional transfer, relocation, a car rally or to help one of your family.

You may also have personal items and equipments which can be transported with the vehicle (not available on French Islands destinations) or be shipped separately. We can handle them directly or have a partner to take care of them.

Change of residence

In order to be allowed tax exemption at destination the consignor must be moving home and in this case the documents required when providing the vehicle for dispatch are the following:

Grey card (vehicle registration document),
Change of residence certificate (available from the city hall of the place of residence)
Latest compulsory tax notice
Proof of the vehicle's value (see the document)
and a Copy of the job transfer notice if appropriate

The "non-gage" certificate (affidavit of no lien) will be issued via the Internet in our offices in view of the grey card.

The consignee must agree to abstain from reselling the vehicle for a year unless he loses the benefit of tax exemption.

Commerciale sale

Sales to the French Overseas Departments and Territories:

In this case the documents required are :

export grey card + commercial invoice

export grey card and certificate of sale

We shall also issue the "non-gage" certificate (affidavit of no lien) via the Internet.
